The following email was sent to all BeenPaid approved Seal of Approval programs:

Every year we contact our partners to ensure that your payouts are current and up to date. If you could please reply back to this email and give me the current financial state of ***** and if you are up to date on payouts or not.
This is just a quality control check to ensure that BeenPaid approved programs are not behind in payouts. If you do not respond to this email within the next 30 days, or by April 3rd, ***** will be suspended and then eventually removed and you will need to re-apply. This is done in order to maintain the integrity of our program.
We thank you in advance for complying with our request.

I'm afraid that my problems with sending mails since the server move haven't been solved yet, so if you don't mind I'll reply here.
I can confirm that OurPTR2.com is totally up to date with payments.
As I write this, there is $47.21 in cash owed to affiliates who either selected 'save earnings' or are saving up for one of the Amazon Gift Certificate options.
I can confirm that E-Qoo2.net is totally up to date with payments, there are no pending payout requests.
As I write this, there is $411.48 in cash owed to affiliates who either haven't reached payout yet, selected 'save earnings' or are saving up for one of the Amazon Gift Certificate options.
Live stats on cash owed are available on the 'about' page of each program

Unfortunatly you ask for an domain email account and I don't use that account. It was used only to subscribe the beenpaid seal and currently is full of spam.
Anyway the email was answered some minutes ago.
